Yea three-day weekend!!!
Today is Pasteup Day for Issue 2. If you recall, last week was a little foreboding for today. However, as of 3:45, 3 pages are finished. That's not too bad.
The staff seems to be in a pretty good mood too. Karolina is pretty happy. It's her birthday, and despite it being pasteup and having another thing to do today, she's still smiley. That could also be because all of her stuff is done in time for her to go to her birthday dinner.
Diane is maintaining a happy face too, despite our 1/2 page ad telling us today that they have no material. They are working together (Krissy, Karolina, Diane, Tami) to fill the space.
I'm thinking Homecoming, which starts next week, might have a lot to do with our happy demeanor. The court and stars were announced at the end of the day. Lots of our staff were announced.
Elizabeth and Jake are part of the court. Anna, Andy, and Gerardo are all stars. This is the most staff I've ever had as part of the Homecoming elite. I'm very proud as they are all deserving.
So I hope I haven't jinxed us on the work tonight. Things seem to be going well. I'll update more later!
